What’s inside Wireless Office?

• Short-code dialing to agency landline PBX extensions. This feature works like the typical four-digit extension you’re accustomed to dialing. Just dial the four-digit office extension from your mobile phone—even from outside the office—and get connected.
• Abbreviated dialing. Wireless Office creates a short version of frequently-dialed numbers outside your agency’s PBX extension list. Just dial a feature access code followed by the abbreviated dial code, and reach the corresponding 10-digit number. You can even tailor abbreviated dialing so it’s available to your entire agency, select individuals or groups.
• Call screening. This feature allows you to create outbound Call/No Call lists that restrict users from calling specified phone numbers. It also creates inbound No Call lists that restrict users from receiving calls from specified phone numbers.
• Customized call controls. These controls let you limit a user’s ability to make or receive calls by time of day or day of week. It’s a great way to automatically manage your employees’ wireless usage, and ensure agency policy compliance.
• Closed user groups. This feature allows you to group users into small subsets with calling restrictions unique to that group.
• Web management. The suite includes access to an easy-to-use website that lets you manage and maintain all these features on demand, 24x7.
